Q Does smooth on cure on its own or does it HAVE to be put in a hot box answer nowAsked by May 1, 2020 6:10 amonAnswered by the admin Smooth-On will cure at room temperature in 24 hours. This works well for tip and riser overlays but is not sufficient for your bow. Your bow must be cured at the recommended 150-180 F for 4 hours.
