What is the inner and outer thread type for these inserts, and what are their dimensions to the nearest .001"? That is, what is the OAL and OD (measured from peak to peak of the thread pitch) to the nearest thousandth of an inch? Most limb bolts are a 5/16 - 18 UNC thread, which is what I hope the inner thread will be on these.
